The Night & Day Orchestra is the perfect choice to bring sparkle and a touch of class to your special event. The NDO formed in the summer of 2005 and has already made a name for itself around the Golden Triangle and southeast Texas. If you are looking for quality entertainment and want your event to be the talk of the town, then look no further. The Night & Day Orchestra is the right choice! From corporate dinners and gatherings to private parties and weddings, the NDO can make your night a memorable one and do so with class and style. In our first year alone, we have provided great music with pizzazz for Catholic Charities, Lamar University’s Le Grand Bal(2006 and 2007), and one smash of a 90th birthday party held at the historic Jefferson Theatre in downtown Beaumont. The NDO combo has performed for a BASF corporate dinner party held at the Phelan Mansion on the St. Elizabeth Hospital grounds.

Not sure if NDO is the right band for you? Come check us out “live”. The band performs to a usually packed house the last Monday of each month. We are presently at at The Logon Cafe, 3805 Calder Ave in Beaumont one Monday night per month. No reservations are required and patrons are seated on a first come first served basis. Get there early to get a seat!

The Night and Day Orchestra and Mr. Wayne Dyess filled the room
with the big band sounds of the ’30s and ’40s. The 420 guests enjoyed
a fabulous dinner-dance thanks to the dedication of the Harvest of
Hope Committee. Estimates of funds raised as of February 29, 2006,
indicate that the agency realized over $115,000 to support the programs
of Catholic Charities. The Board, staff and the people we serve thank
you all for supporting this special event.

Our band includes 17 swingin’ instrumentalists and two dynamic vocalists. We provide our own sound and lighting and can perform in a variety of settings, on stage or “in the pit.”

When booking any band, it is best to plan as far ahead as you can. It is not unusual for us to book 6 months or more in advance. Securing a contracted booking date now will prevent disappointment later. We suggest you contact the band FIRST, and then the venue. We have many entertainment and party planner’s contacts and can help you with all your needs. Popular holidays (December, New Year’s eve, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are often booked a year in advance, so call now!

Events are most often booked for three hours, though we can perform longer (this includes the customary band break each hour). We LOVE performing in concert. There is no extra charge for performance venues located within a 60 mile radius of Beaumont. Outside of that area, there may be a surcharge for transportation and/or overnight accommodations.
